BEGINNERS
Below are downloadable training programmes for beginners. We have 'Speedo' introductory sessions supplied by ex-world champion swimmers, the 'Swim a Mile' programme from Swim Ireland as well as SMSC beginner programmes.

INTERMEDIATE
All current club members should be starting, at a minimum, on the Intermediate Training Plans. The beginner plans would be too easy. Below are links to Intermediate plans and sessions.
PERFORMER
Performer means those swimmers who have a good level of fitness and does NOT mean the ability or competitive prowess of the swimmer.
